NOVEMBER 2008 NEWSLETTER
In uncertain times, Enterprise 2.0 takes the stage, writes Jevon MacDonald on the FAST Forward blog. As companies work through the current global slowdown, good questions to ask are: (i) how to manage with reduced workforces? and (ii) what are the new opportunities for moving forward beyond headcount reductions? As they say, "you can't cut your way to prosperity".
In this newsletter, we highlight measurable ways in which companies benefit from social software. If you look across the various enterprise applications, which ones offer new ways to improve innovation, productivity and responsiveness? Smart organizations are husbanding their resources, but not shutting down opportunities to move forward.
